While you don’t need us to tell you that 巴黎 is the fashion capital of the world, 我们可以向你展示它是如何赢得并保持这个头衔的. Analyze how digital marketing has transformed the fashion industry and how you communicate identity through what you wear. Additional elective courses focus on aspects of French culture and may fulfill a humanities or social science requirement. While French language skills are not required for this program you may enroll in a French-language course in order to more readily navigate the world’s fashion capital.

您将参加1门CEA CAPA核心课程和3-4门CEA CAPA课程. 如果你在秋季选择了提前开学, 你还将学习1门CEA CAPA法语课程. 

课程为45学时/3学分. You may earn 12-15 credits (up to 225 contact hours) per semester; if you choose the Early Start option in the Fall, 你可以获得15-18学分(最多260学时).

出发前, you will select your preferred courses and take an online language placement exam. 抵达巴黎后，您还将参加口语考试. You will be enrolled into courses based on their availability and the result of your placement exam. It is in your best interest to have multiple alternative courses approved by your home university prior to your departure due to course availabilities. 以确保您获得您所处语言级别的学分, have your home school pre-approve courses at several levels before you leave for 法国. Please consult with your academic advisor at your home university on credit pre-approval guidelines.

远足

走出去探索! 大多数学期、学年和夏季课程都提供短途旅行*. Semester students are typically offered between two to three excursions and summer study students are typically offered between one to two excursions. 你会收到一份旅行日程表 during orientation; here are a few day and overnight excursions we've offered in the past.

We’ll enjoy a cruise down the Ill River that carries us through the Petite 法国 district and to European Parliament, 欧洲一体化的中心机构. The regions of Alsace and Lorraine have been the object of much conflict over the centuries, 法国和德国争夺所有权.
